We take regular pulse surveys to understand how transferees are enjoying the app. This incredibly valuable user data helps us design our product pipeline around what users really need and want. We take their feedback and make it happen.

Feedback received
The PerchPeek app is bursting with comprehensive information about relocating, from shipping to healthcare, but it can take time to read through! To complement the details, transferees were keen for an at-a-glance view of required actions, making it super clear what’s still to be done.
The solution
A relocation checklist summarising all necessary actions
How it works
● Transferees see a clear list of the actions that are needed, in priority order
● They can check off each task as it’s completed (so satisfying!)
● They can tap through for a detailed guide to each step, or ask for help in the Chat
The result
Having a clear, concise view of what’s been done and what’s next up helps transferees stay organised and feel on top of their relocation process at all times. It also reduces the risk of important deadlines being missed, which can incur delays and extra costs.
Feedback received
Most transferees are totally unfamiliar with their new city, so choosing a neighbourhood is tricky! They’ll often focus on just one area that’s close to their office. This massively limits the number of properties they see, meaning it takes a lot longer to find a home and they become frustrated.
The solution
A neighbourhood picker tool based on commute time
How it works
● Transferee puts in their office address (or any place they’ll need to commute to)
● They select their preferred transport method and maximum commute time
● They’ll see a map highlighting all the areas they could live that match their needs
The result
Rather than fixating on a single neighbourhood, transferees can discover all the potential areas that would work for them without compromising on commute time. Opening up the search hugely increases their chances of finding a great home much more quickly!
Feedback received
While managing a relocation via a mobile app is super handy, a multiplatform approach is even better! For instance, some people like to carry out home searches on a larger screen, and want to be able to chat with their PerchPeek consultants without switching devices.

How it works
● Transferees can see property recommendations in a larger format via the Feed
● They can manage appointments and chat to their PerchPeek consultants
● These features are synced with the mobile app in real time for a seamless UX
The result
Transferees who prefer to carry out home searches on desktop no longer have the disjointed experience of transferring links to their phones to be able to share them with PerchPeek. They can now manage their moves more efficiently from whichever device they choose.
